One of the questions that I often get is, how long is it going to take to resolve a particular case? And the answer to that question, although nobody likes to hear that, is it depends. It depends on a number of factors, the policy limits of the insurances involved, the extent and duration of the injuries that somebody sustained. We never want to contemplate closing a case until we know exactly what’s going on with our client’s health and what they need to do to get back to square one, to get back to their pre-collision condition. That process can vary depending on the severity of the incident and the injuries that our clients are struggling with.
